Quiet Hours, Happy Neighbors: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11:00pm. Such behavior can deprive your neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their homes. Your cooperation is appreciated!
No Party Poopers: While we're all about good times, let's save the big celebrations for elsewhere. No parties or events, please. Sound is audible beyond the property lines of our home and is regulated by the City’s Noise Ordinance. Violation of the Noise Ordinance could result in fines to the Renter.
Stay Connected: We promise we won't blow up your phone, but we do need a valid number to keep in touch during your stay.
Fire Safety First: Inside, let's keep it smoke and fire-free. However, our fire pit outside is perfect for cozy gatherings, just remember to use it responsibly.
Keepin' It Comfy: Please stick to the guest count limit (10) to ensure everyone has a comfy spot to rest. Let's avoid overcrowding!
Time Flies When You're Having Fun: If you need a bit more time to soak up the cabin vibes, just give us a heads up. Late check-out? No problem, but there's a small fee to cover our awesome housekeepers' time.
Long-Term Love: Planning an extended stay? Let's make it official with a quick lease agreement and background check. We promise to keep it painless!
Clean Scene: Help us keep the house sparkling! Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee, so let's keep things tidy together.
Safety First: Your safety matters! We've got exterior cameras for added security, but don't worry, they're only keeping an eye on the outside.
Trash Talk: Garbage duty is a breeze! Just bag it up and toss it in the outdoor bins. Loose trash? No bueno. Let's keep it contained.
Swim with Care: Our heated swimming pool is bound to bring fun and excitement to your stay, but safety comes first! By choosing to use the swimming pool, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this warning notice.
Parking is a Breeze: The maximum number of vehicles that are permitted to park at the Property is four (4). We do not expect this to be an issue given the ample parking available on the paved driveway and gravel area adjacent to the driveway. Please note that recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may not be parked in front of the Property, except for temporary loading, unloading and cleaning.
