Powder detergent is available (and complimentary) for your washing needs.

Use the Quick Wash setting for great wash performance in under 24 minutes.

Dryer Machine

Please be sure to clean out the lint trap.

Dryer sheets are available (and complimentary) for your drying needs.

Use the Quick Dry setting to quickly dry a variety of loads for families on the go.

Outdoor String Lights

After the sun goes down, enjoy the ambiance of festive string lights in the evening.

The lights will automatically turn on around 30 minutes before sunset.

The lights will automatically turn off around Midnight EST.

Heated Swimming Pool

For an additional daily fee, guests are able to utilize the pool heater to keep the water temperature at 86 degrees for the entirety of your stay.

Please swim with care and pay proper attention to children.

Please note: the pool is cleaned, scrubbed, and chemicals replaced/checked on a weekly basis (every Thursday). Because there are trees and brush nearby, please note there may be leaves that make it into the pool between cleanings.

TV’s

Each of the four TV’s at Let’s Flamingle have Roku pre-installed.

Each TV will be set up in Guest Mode. This is an easy way for guests to stream using your own subscriptions. Your login credentials will be automatically removed from the device on the check-out date.

Additional Indoor Lighting

The game room has two sets of spectacular lighting options:

• Hexagon LED ceiling lights, which are controlled by the remote to the right of the TV, attached to the wall by magnet - feel free to switch the lighting color of a variety of modes to obtain the ideal lighting effect.
• “Let’s Flamingle” neon sign, which is controlled by knob just above the white table - with the wallpaper in the background, this LED neon sign will surely be Instagram-worthy!

The family room is equipped with LED corner floor lamps behind each of the planters. They offer great mood lighting and controlled by a remote control attached to the wall by magnet.

You will notice Guide Lights in various outlets throughout the house - the built-in light sensor can tell when the area is dark, triggering the LED lights to activate

The bunk bedroom is equipped with a set of two wall sconces for evening reading. These are controlled by the remote that is attached to the outer leg of the bunk bed by magnet - Note: the puck lights are battery operated and can easily be charged using USB if they become dim.

Under Desk Treadmill & Standing Desk

Hopefully you won’t have to do too much work at Let’s Flamingle, but if you do……the master bedroom contains a standing and height-adjustable desk. Work smarter (and look cool doing it). The super-sleek standing desk includes a powered height adjustment feature, enabling you to find your ultimate comfort position.

You will have the option of using the ergonomic (and stylish) chair or the under-desk treadmill, which is stowed away under the bed when not in use. The walking pad has two wheels on the front side and the machine weighs only 37lbs.

• Low noise treadmill is ideal for home and office use without worrying about disturbing others. The walking pad is equipped with a 2.5HP motor, max weight capacity of 265lbs, max speed of 3.8mph, while keeping the noise lower than 45 db.
